water is not plentiful and must be used carefully and sparingly.
Delays
and Cancellations
If you are forced to cancel your visit to Enlli for any reason, the Trust will not be held responsible for any refunds unless the property is re-let, whereupon the Trust will refund 50% of the deposit. If crossings to Enlli are delayed due to the weather, the Trust will not be responsible for any refunds for days lost. If crossings from Enlli are delayed at the end of your stay you will be charged £5 per adult (£3 per child) for each additional day that you spend on the Island.
Insurance
Crossing to Enlli depends very much on the weather and it is occasionally necessary to delay journeys. When this occurs the Trust will not be responsible for any refunds or compensation (see above). You are advised to take out your own insurance policy.
Crossing
to Enlli
Weather permitting, crossings
take place on Saturday for weekly visitors
- from Porth Meudwy (near Aberdaron). If
crossings are delayed because of the weather,
you will cross on the first possible fine
day following.
The process of transporting passengers and luggage to and from the Island is quite complicated and calls for patience and understanding.
Please check boat arrangements by telephoning the Office on the Monday or Tuesday before you are due to cross - tel. 08458 11 22 33 during office hours.
You will be told when to arrive at your embarkation point and you should confirm the number of people in your group or family. You are advised to wear waterproofs for the crossing.
There is a dedicated number
for staying visitors to phone on the Friday
night before crossing which will give you
details of time of crossing. The number
is 07971769895
Porth

Cars
can be parked at owners risk at Cwrt Farm
for a fee of £15.00. This charge is
payable at the end of your stay. A member
of the Trust's staff will meet you at Cwrt
Farm Car park and transport your luggage;
there is a ten-minute walk to the beach. You
may have to wait on the beach for some time
before you are able to cross. As there is
nowhere for you to shelter at Porth Meudwy
please make certain that you have your waterproofs
and some food and drink with you. You will
be transferred from shore to the boat in a
small inflatable dinghy and the crossing on
the fast stable boat will take approximately
20 minutes. If possible, visitors should help
to move luggage to and from the boat.
More information about your stay is included in the Visitor Leaflet, available from the Trust office.
